Returns & Exchanges

At Hayloft Western Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that boots must be returned in their original box and show no signs of wear on the soles.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your unworn items, including all original tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
